We're proud to announce that we've invested in our own Commercial Premises. A new office based on Commercial Street in Kenfig Hill... There's lots of work to do and it will take a few months but we have a professional office fit out company on the case.
Not only that... the office will also be featuring on 'Homes Under The Hammer' so you'll be able to see the progress from start to finish. We'll keep you updated when it will be on air.
With 2011 well under way we are proud to announce that we have officially launched our brand new company name. With JL Data continually growing month on month we felt the company needed a stronger brand name and we will now be known as DataKom Limited.
All that has changed is our company name and you can be assured you will receive the same great service that you always have from our team.
We will be informing all our clients by post and email of the name change but if you have any queries regarding our name change, please give us a call on 08456 789 884 and we'll be happy to help.
DataKom recently had the oppurtunity to quote on a new telephone system for Y BONT, a specialist charity who provide care for disabled children. After visiting the premises and seeing the outstanding work provided by the charity, DataKom was pleased to present a telephone system free of charge and announce we have nominated Y BONT as our local charity. We felt their funds could be used to be better use helping with the ongoing needs of the centre.

October 2010 - Welcoming new staff to DataKom
Welcoming two new members of staff to the Head Office in Bridgend.
Craig Jones - Engineering Manager
Craig joins DataKom as Engineering Manager for the Bridgend branch, he will be responsible to ensure existing telecom and IT sites are maintained to the highest standard.
Qualified to Microsoft Certified Professional standard with extensive knowledge within the telecom industry, Craig will bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to the DataKom team.
Claire Rumbelow - Account Manager
Claire joins DataKom as a new sales account manager for the Bridgend branch, she will be responsible in continuing the growth of sales across the landline & broadband market.
With a vast experience in business to business sales management and her naturally bubbly personality, we feel she will fit well within our ever growing team.
July 2010 - Approved by Construction Line
DataKom have been working towards becoming approved installers to hold the Construction Line certificate and accreditation to provide its customers with not only an already fantastic service but a guarantee from Construction Line that our work has been approved to the highest standard.
