The company began life as JL Data, an Orange Business Mobile specialist while focusing on BlackBerry Support to give customers a point of contact for all their data needs.
With a rapidly growing customer base ranging from sole traders to multinational blue chip companies & the needs of the customer evolving, JL Data diversified, to provide the customer with a one point of contact for all of their business communications and rebranded as DataKom becoming part of a larger organisation, The Kom Group.

The engineering division of DataKom has exceeded all targets set & now provide telephone system maintenance to some of the largest hotels across the UK & local schools & councils within the borough.
